1: Jambo la kwanza ni kupasha mwili joto.
Kama ilivyo kawaida, kwa michezo yote ya mapigano, mafunzo na mazoezi yake, ni lazima kuanza na kupasha mwili joto (warming up) kupasha mwili kutnasaidia kuondoa uchovu na maumivu,


pia hukusaidia kupokea mafunzo ya kung fu,vizuri na kwa ufanisi zaidi.
Unapo taka kuanza mazoezi ya kupasha mwili joto, ni vizuri kama utavaa nguo za kufunika mwili wote, kama vile jaket yenye kofia,masuweta, na mfano,wa hizo,
kisha anza kukimbia taratibi taratibi kwa ajili ya kulegeza misuli ya mwili,
baada ya kupasha,utanyoosha misuli (stretching).
Tutaendelea na hatua ya pili,kujua kinacho fuata katika kujifunza.

1: Warming UpAs per any other sports or Martial Arts, all training and practices begin with warming up the body. Warming up your body helps to reduce injuries and post Kung Fu training cramps. It also aids in making your Kung Fu trainings more efficient and effective.
Kung Fu warm up exercises should always cover the whole body, usually beginning from the head and neck (upper body), shoulders, arms, running through the waist (mid body section) legs, ankle rotations and then usually ending off with a slow jog to warm up your body muscles, making stretching ( the next step of how to do Kung Fu for beginners) easier with lesser chances of sustaining injuries.
